The place is beautiful,clean and staff was very accommodating The breakfast was delicious and buffet as well

When the are changes they did not notify me for example the cancellation of buffet due to low numbers of people

The property is conveniently located near Kruger National Park and offers game drives to the park. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the waiters during the Boma braai. We also enjoyed the traditional performance, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient for exploring the area, with Hazyview Mall within walking distance, Skyway Adventures less than 2 km away, and Graskop’s adventure activities under 40 km away.

While the property has a convenient location and friendly staff, there are several areas that need improvement. Unfortunately, the property does not appear to be maintained as well as it could be. A request made during the booking to change the bed was accepted, but it was not done when we arrived. After rechecking in, we had to wait almost two hours before the bed was eventually changed, which was disappointing after a long journey. The two pools also had quite a lot of leaves, and the garden and general property maintenance could be improved. The Garden Suites have thin walls between the rooms, making it easy to hear neighbouring guests. Unfortunately, there was considerable noise throughout our last night, which affected our stay. The TV in our room was also not working during our entire three-night stay. We contacted reception, but despite their assistance, the issue was not resolved and we eventually gave up using it. The Wi-Fi quality was also very poor. Overall, the property has a lot of potential and many of the facilities and amenities guests need, but better maintenance, attention to detail, and more effective follow-up on guest requests would make a significant difference to
