The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to Deny, who was particularly attentive and helpful and made my stay much more comfortable and convenient. I really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.

Only a minor issue: the swimming pool and the water features in the garden could have been cleaner and better maintained. However, this did not significantly affect my overall experience.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (including Desserts) were delicious and very reasonably priced. The quality and presentation were wonderful. The taste was even better. The pool was lovely - needed a scoop to clean out the bugs and leaves, which we couldn't see, but we managed to get it out. The staff were really nice to blow up our lilo for the pool. We did not need it, so we left it there for future guests' use. The Room was cleaned so well and was mainly free of mosquitoes. The sinks, toilet and bathrooms were really clean and great running water. The rain shower was amazing. We couldn't get the jacuzzi to work but did ask maintenance to fix it, which they may have done, but we forgot to ask, and they didn't tell us, but no real bother. The staff were always so welcoming, knowing our names, always trying to help and very sincere. Not a single staff member was rude or unwilling to help. They could not do enough for us. Everyone from the Manager to the cleaning staff, the reception staff to the restaurant staff were one of the best we have experienced - and we have travelled a lot. Also, they organised a driver on short notice for travelling to Ubud. Plus my son had his shopping 'stolen' by the only bad individual we experienced in Bali on a Gojek scooter, and the staff tried their very best to get hold of the driver, the company and retrieve his shopping. Well done Adepa Team for all your hospitality and help.

The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. They were always there whenever necessary. It was clean, modern, and magical! The staff orchestrated the most amazing birthday for me with flowers in the pool and on the bed. They all came in singing happy birthday and made me feel so special!! Whenever we needed anything there was a staff member on it immediately. The breakfast was AMAZING, we had Eggs Benedict 3 days in a row and the orange juice, coffee and fruit salad are to die for. They had Netflix and Prime Video already logged in so I was able to have a magical night in binging the Twilight movies. All of the staff were extremely kind always wishing us good morning and good night whenever we saw them. I will never forget this resort, it will hold a special place in my heart forever xxx
