The biggest advantage is the location — the hotel is situated on a relatively quiet street. For Patong, where nightlife is usually very lively, this is quite rare and definitely a plus. Breakfast is included in the room rate. It’s simple — two eggs, toast, and bacon — but it’s nice to have it included. There is also an elevator, which is convenient.
As for the downsides, the room was dark and lacked proper lighting. Our window faced a wall, so there was no view at all. The furniture and bedding felt quite old and worn.

This is a great guest house. Nothing fancy, but a very nice budget stay. Superb staff, nice cozy clean room with super A/C and plumbing, and a great location near Bangla activities but very quiet at night off a side street. Highly recommend for anyone!
nothing!
