Did not have the breakfast
A water leak sprayed from the shower rose over the top of the shower screen and soaked the toilet, ruining the toilet roll. Fortunately we did not need to use the toilet roll again. I reported the problem to the lady in reception who said she would get the problem dealt with.

The lady who booked us in was very helpful and friendly, made sure we could use the keypad to get into our room, made sure we had everything we needed. She was helpful with a suggestion for us to have dinner. The motel is in the process of upgrading the menu at their restaurant. We opted to have our breakfast in the dinning room the next morning which was excellent. Best value for money. Would 100% recommend the Alexander Motor Inn for anyone wanting accommodation in Moree.

THE GOOD-spacious room, including bathroom; amazingly long workbench; great king bed; inclusions (refrigerator, kettle, toaster, tea/coffee, etc).
THE BAD-sleep deprivation from refrigerator which made an audible whining noise whenever compressor was operating; sleep also impacted by random dull thuds which seemed to come from nearby but possibly outside the room (hot water system?); the workbench didn't have a single power outlet along its length; nor were there power points either side of the bed. Our room was No 20. Shame-the accommodation probably worthy of a higher rating - but not when driving over 400 kms next day.
