We stayed at Ideals Resort for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. We were given a very large villa with 2 floors, spacious, very nicely decorated and cozy. The villa is well equipped with everything you need, a beautiful kitchen with kitchenware and all the necessary appliances for your stay. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and cozy. There was good communication with Lila and Vivy, who are the liaison women who took care of us. The pool was beautiful with an amazing view, pool chairs and a balcony. We loved our stay here and are looking forward to returning.

The chlorine level in the pool was too high and it took two days to adjust the pH level. And there was a problem with the hot water supply for the shower. The problem was only fixed the next day.

Lovely sized 2bed villa with a good sized pool and large outside area.

When we arrived we found ants inside the villa. After reporting this to the manager we were told we haven’t had them before and was given insect spray which was not the best idea as there was obviously a nest as there were alot outside around the pool area too. I expect to see them outside but not in the property. Beds were extremely uncomfortable as the double downstairs bed had a mattress topper which was way too soft and beds upstairs were no better. There was also a problem with air con in downstairs bedroom where I could not use it one night and that a technician could not come to look at it until next day. A fan was not offered as an alternative.

The property was very well presented, lovely outdoor area swimming pool was great ,overall we loved it

The bed wasn’t the best, and the pillows were too plump, but this is a personal preference

The wifi was poor but our main complaint was about the pool which my son described as being sub Arctic in temperature and chatting to the neighbours they claimed the same. There were trees to either side of the property which were far too high allowing sunshine over the pool and garden area from 10am until 4pm. If they halved the height of the trees it would give two more hours of sunshine in the afternoons but wouldn't affect the privacy aspect. My other complaint was about the lack of any instruction manuals for the TV, oven or washing machine, the first two of which we didn't use but I did try and use the washing machine but have no idea whether I actually washed the clothes or merely wet them. The villa itself had large comfortable rooms but we won't return as half of the reason for renting a villa on holiday is to use the pool which we couldn't as the water was too cold. We have stayed in many villas in the area and have never come across this problem before
