It is a good value for money, easily accessible hotel, not far away from metro stations and the staff are very friendly. The room is small but convenient and it is very good for a short stay or for someone who is not dependent on the hotel's facilities and knows how to navigate the city. Overall a good value for money and a positive experience.
The coffee provided by the coffee machine at the entrance is not good at all, and it doesn't look good as this may be the first taste of a visitor - literally. There is improvement that can be done in the cleaning.

Bagno un po troppo piccolo, sopratutto il lavandino

Modern, clean, nice location, air con.
Shower screen not as modern as rest of the facilities.

staff attitude and friendly behavior. Cleanliness of the room. Cleanliness of the building in general. Free hot beverages and cold water at the reception area. Accessibility to the metro lines.
Narrow spaces in public areas, such as the reception, the one small toilet, storage room, uncomfortably narrow curved staircase.
the guest room is a bit narrow. Missing a very small fridge especially for guests that need to cool medicines such as Insulin. The tap water in the bathroom is lukewarm and weak.
