Staff are fantastic. Room was exceptionally big and very clean. Beds are comfy. Parking on site is great.
Didn't know how to work the air conditioning so an instruction sheet would be really good.

Close, within walking distance to Milford shops and an easy walk to Takapuna.

Very handy to the North Shore Events centre where we needed to be.
Tiny bit of road noise from our room, which was right next to the carpark. We notice it more as we live semi rural and away from the road. Soon got used to it and didn’t stop us getting to sleep easily.

Well it could have been better. There was only two pkts coffee please provide more coffee ratchets becos didn't know how to use the coffee plunge
The flexibility of last minute changes and checking out half day refun due to unfortunate circumstances such as people from overseas who dont have accommodation for hospital purposes. When suddenly family turn up out of the blue to pick us up
