It’s good hotel for the normal price. Nearby you can find three supermarkets, ten cafes and two exchange

Sometimes we spent 35-40 minutes to go to the beach Nai Harn. And nearby with the hotel was working karaoke. In the evening was really noisy.

Great light from balcony, sunrise etc. Good location.

Quite rundown, noisy. Chairs on balcony are in a state, shower in the bathroom would constantly drip. Pool was out of order

Nothing. Stay very disappointing

I booked for 2 days a studio superior thinking I shall receive a better room for the level of price paid. The room was very ordinary, may be acceptable for backpackers, but not for the high level of price claimed - 2 times what should be expected for a room without breakfast. The bathroom presented many disagreements, features not fixed, problems with the shower - water arrival and pressure randomized not receiving water when you need and receiving when not needed. The view from the balcony was a wasteland and the balcony furniture looked as it comes from a dump. After one night, I claimed for canceling the 2nd night. I must note the good understanding of the management to receive my claim and offering a solution. I was offered another room I agreed after checking because it was acceptable for design, comfort, furniture, bathroom and view. However, the water system (pumping pressure and water reserve) remained with the same defects needing a complete review and upgrading of the whole system. The use of the parking (for 2 cars) was not really easy but usable.

The location was excellent with lots of restaurants and shops nearby for conveniences. I was able to walk to Nai Harn Beach in about 20 minutes but it would be a short drive on one of the scooters available for rent. The owner was extremely hospitable and I can tell he puts a lot of work and pride into his hotel. Excellent stay all around.

Good location - there are a lot of cute cafes, Nai Harn beach 5 minutes on bike. To Kata beach 15-20 minutes on bike. Rooms was clean, staff can help you with any questions.
