Отдыхали в этом отеле с 7 по 15 мая Хороший,чистый, семейный отель.Нареканий нет.Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Заселили раньше времени.Спасибо девушке ❤️ на ресепшн,имя не запомнила(
Всё помогала,рассказала,показала))
Матрас был жёстким для меня,но по запросу без проблем принесли мягкий наматрасник.Спасибо! Убирали хорошо.Еда вкусная,повара стараются.Очень понравились супы! Каждый день разные.
Ели их с удовольствием. Территория ухоженная,бассейн чистый, Аэробика есть (Ирине привет), пляж 🌴 рядом 3 минуты.Лежаков полно.Отдыхали в мае ,народу было мало.
Тихо спокойно, очень комфортно.Анимация в отеле слабовата, но персонал очень старается!Танцы до 23.00
Цена и качество соответвуют.Бронировали проживание на 9 дней очень дешево , поэтому всем остались довольны !
Алкогольные коктейли у бассейна делал замечательный бармен MŪCAHIT(MC) , всегда украшал , когда говорила ,что буду их фотографировать. Спасибо ему !Детские молочные коктейли тоже были вкусными и красивыми.Дочка была счастлива!
Отмечали подруге день рождения. Для нас отдельно засервировали стол, украсили стулья.Поставили цветы, фрукты, вино в ведерке со льдом! Под конец застолья выкатили торт ,зажгли свечи, спели песню!!! МЫ БЫЛИ В ВОСТОРГЕ!!!
Нас обслуживал приятный и скромный официант MURAT.Спасибо ему , милой девушке Алине (если не ошибаюсь),MEHMET SAYIN и ВСЕМ ,кто нам устроил этот прекрасный вечер!Нам было очень приятно,вкусно и красиво!🙏❤️
В общем и целом отель хороший,можно и нужно туда ехать! РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!
На отрицательные нюансы внимания не обратила.Всё хорошо!

very messy, cleaning is awful (even with tips), beds sheets haven’t been changed for 2 weeks, internet is poor not able to work. lines everywhere, hard to find a sunbed, if you come to the beach after 8am. we left 2 nights earlier

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Right from check-in, the welcoming receptionist set the tone with his consistent and genuine helpfulness.
The restaurant is a standout - it's diverse, accommodating, and frequently surprises with special menus, making every meal an adventure.
The private beach is spacious and well-equipped, ideal for both relaxation and activities.
The hotel's evening entertainment was top-notch, with a dedicated team creating a lively atmosphere. Special recognition to the two women who provided exceptional care for our toddler.
In a nutshell, this hotel offers excellent facilities and superior service. I'd strongly recommend it for a satisfying, worry-free stay.

Food was very delicious - we were offered different types of meat and fish every day, lots of fruit and vegetables, a lot of cheese, coffee and tea and other beverages are available all day long, staff is great and welcoming (not too, but very friendly); Reception - we were warmly welcomed by Adelya upon arrival, she took care of everything that we would need during our stay, answered all my questions; in general, all reception staff is great, I just forgot their names.
In general, hotel rooms need renovation; please hire more staff to take care of proper cleanliness in the rooms. The cleaning staff that you currently have is just great, but they have too much workload. Internet is poor, we live in the 21st century, that could be properly taken care of.

Staff was amazing. Kind, helpful. The hotel is at the center, close to shops, supermarkets, cash machines etc.. Very close to the beach as well.
Air conditions are not enough to provide a comfortable stay. There are two portable air conditioning units in the lobby but obviously not enough.
Similarly, the air conditioning unit was not working effectively in the room we stayed.
Meals are ok but not really tasty as we expected.

We had a few problems, but they were solved.
Wonderful stuff!
I could come here next year with my family if the problems below are solved.
What to improve:
No AC in the hall,
Weak wifi,
Check room 1319 it has a broken door,
The elevator stuck sometimes,
Add no smoking areas.

Hotel has private beach. There is washing maschine in a room.
We stay for 6 nights, but The room waa cleaned only One time, and I was asked for that twice.
The breakfast was not very good.

It was a great experience. Clean rooms, tasteful breakfast,lunch, dinner with wide range of selections, very helpful personel with all departments from reception to kitchen, from wellness to entertainment... each time I asked for a help or ask for info etc, they helped me ans d solved it immediately ... I also highly recommend the organizations-tours of Mr. Sinan, entertainment manager, for close clubs... you will not regret... I couldn't say good bye to all personel one by one unfortunately, I hope they read this beautiful comments. Thank you guys...

We liked almost everything. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious, but sometimes cold. The beach is 5 min from the hotel, and it is very clean and clear.
I am sure that we will stay in this hotel again!
There was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom.

Nice pool area. Free first laundry. Free keeping of the room some hours extra due to late departure. Free internet for booking.com guests. Free beach towels !
95 % of the guests are Russian. The Staff at the hotel mostly speak russian and turkish, not english. Very hard beds !!

Çamyuva Beach Hotel is unique from first moment. Perfect localisation - close to sea, bazars, restaurants and bus stops. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff (especially mrs Adalet and mr Erdogan) - all my requests were done immediately. Comfortable, spacious rooms - cleaning every day. Recreation area - perfect - 3 pools, slides, SPA centre with good prices and professional staff. Beach was clean, spacious with short walking distance from hotel.

Very good location, 5 min walk to the beach. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds.
Super nice, generous and friendly staff especially the talented receptionist Josua and Adalyat, the restaurant manager Mr. Mehmet Sayin and the big Chef Mr Sehmus Arslan and all Restaurant workers who works like heros the whole day to make our stay exceptional by serving tasty fresh food. Thank you very much!

Very nice hotel with a beautiful private beach, where you can get softdrinks, water and coffee for free. Personal is very freandly and the food is tasty and various, really great variety. Especially great was the hamam service in the hotel, extremely friendly and comfortable, super massage.
The room was nice, with enough space, but I wasn't really happy with the cleaning service. In some spaces it was dusty, the floor wasn't cleaned properly.

Very friendly staff who is the main value of this hotel. Pool is clean and very good maintained. Beach is the best of all hotels in the neighborhood with natural shadow under the trees which is most important for families with infants. The water was almost hot. Sufficient number of sunbeds. Room was cleaned every day, towels in room and for the beach and pool were changed every two days. The food was excellent, varied and sufficient.
The air conditioning in the hotel basically don't exist. There is air condition in the room but deliberately oriented directly to the bed in order to prevent usage. Restaurant with capacity of 220 people only with opened windows and terrace doors with one mobile air condition which is useless. Lunch and dinner were nightmares. In the Lobby bar same story, only opened windows and doors with one useless mobile air condition. Sleeping in the room during the night was like in sauna. Bathroom is very old and full of mold in the shower and with unpleasant smell. The room is cleaned every day and the staff is trying to keep it clean but it's very hard to restore the shine to something that needs to be replaced. The towels are full of stains and despite being clean and changed every two days they leave a bad impression. Armchairs on the terrace in very poor condition.

The pool with the slides and the unlimited drinks.
Food was bland and gave us diarrhoea. Rooms
were small, they gave an adult a child size bed,
unacceptable. You can forget AC, there is AC only in
the rooms but nowhere else in the building. It is
very hot when you eat. Would not recommend this
hotel.

Close to the beach, clean pool with water slides, really friendly staff and excellent value for money.
Cleanliness could have been better as the room was a little dusty under the beds.

The first room they gave us was smelling but then we complained and we got a new room on lower floor but with working AC and not smelly.

Not being able to speak the language it becomes difficult. The manager how ever cold communicate with us in English and we where treated well. Bags was taken to the room while we enjoyed a cup of Irish coffee on the house and made very comfortable. Dinner and Breakfast was excellent Can recommend to travellers.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
Pool were ok, the rooms are clean.
The food were disgusting, gym is useless and old, bar can't mix a mojito, the cleaning staff can't read their own signs like if you don't need cleaning they still barge on you and ask if you need cleaning.
The wc smells sewage in the night.
