Spotlessly clean. Many thoughtful touches. Quiet night.
Convenient. Excellent contact with info left for late arrival. Please limit the texts and emails a little in preparation for our arrival. 8 reminders and info was a bit over the top

Spacious and clean accomodation. We were only there for a quick stay, so didn’t use the other facilities on site. But our cabin was great!
Families should note that some of the bunks are shorter than a normal bed, so best suited to younger kids. Although there was a pull out sofa bed in our cabin as a different option, so no issue for us.
The property is located near the motorway. The traffic noise didn’t bother us at all but you could hear it at night, so light sleepers should be aware.

The shared facilities like the pool and the sandpit were great. And the cabin had all the basics covered
The cutlery and dishes were filthy, as was the couch - very dusty. I don’t have bad allergies but found I was very itchy and sneezy and needed clarantyne to sleep. I don’t know if it was the dust or if animals had been on the couch

Room was big and very clean and nice decorated. Outside table and chairs on a deck. Table and 2 chairs in the room. Had everything you need in the kitchen. Fridge with real milk inside for your coffe or tea. Big thick towels and clear labelled dispensers in bathroom. Aircon worked well and easy to understand. Staff very helpful and fun. Great parking. Internet was quick and worked well. 15 minutes walk to the river. Pets allowed.
It was not in Kingcliff, it was in Chinderah, had to take the car 5 minutes to Kingcliff. I thought I could walk there. Had to clean the room, dishes and empty rubbish bins, before leaving otherwise would be charged $30. We always leave the room nice, when we stay at places, but need to clean, no thanks. That is why I don't like Airbnb, pay for cleaning. No streaming available, not even from your own device. Needed an extra shelf and hooks in the bathroom. No bedside table or lamp one side of the bed.
