the street was full of junkies in some parts of the day. the good point was the nearness to Hauptbahnhof

Awful Bed, awful sheets, awful pillows, awful duvet, dirty walls, smelly bathroom, blocked bathroom sink and shower, no hot water on last morning, dark room, awful area around the hotel, terrible breakfast for €12, non working fridge, no toothpaste, noisy street

I liked the idea that I was at the end of the corridor high up on the 6th floor and shower, TV and bed were all of very good quality. The cleaning staff did their job well.

There should be a contactless door entry as anyone could go into the hotel and upstairs to the rooms. The great TV is useless to any English speaking people, it says it has several channels for the British but only CNN works 😵‍💫 Unfortunately Frankfurt has gone down the tubes since the last time I was there 5 years ago and I know it's none of the hotel's fault but...... There were so many immigrants on drugs right outside of the hotel and on the walk to the messe and the train station where it smelled badly of urine. Sirens from police, ambulance and fire engines were sounding all night until about 5 am. Stay at this hotel by all means but be very careful after dark

Great location. Room spacious, modern + air conditioning. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The water heater inside the room was very old, rusty and dirty.

nice cool rooms, well conditioned, cool bathroom/shower, the only problem was the fridge wasn’t working correctly.

Room was clean, and very nice, practical,, and bathroom was large. Very friendly staff at check in and check out.

- None of the foreign/english tv channels worked, and the channel list provided in the welcome folder was not updated. There was bad signal too for many German channels. - An annoying feature was that when the aircon is switched on, a small green light turns on and stays lit. Fine by day, but at night, it is shockingly bright and sharp and your room does not go dark. - The worse however was the noise in my room, as I had a buzzing, rattling sound in my room the entire night, and could not fall asleep from the noise. I could not figure out where it came from; even when the aircon in my room was switched off, the sound was there. When I asked the reception for assistance, they came and could hear it too, but could not assist me, or place me in another room, as the hotel was fully booked (they also assumed the noise was from the aircon in the room next door, but could not do anything about it). All I was told was to try and sleep, I think they should have been more proactive and at least offer some form of compensation.

Well located if you need to access the central train station. The hotel is nice and modern and breakfast good value. The front desk lady was very nice but generally the hotel seemed understaffed.

Our room was not very well maintained and not exactly clean. The TV didn’t work and since there was no maintenance, we were only offered to change rooms if we wanted.

Close to Hbf, single room is spacious

Air conditioning is centrally controlled and the user can not adjust the temparature to their personal needs. The breakfast did not appear to have fresh products. Wifi was also quite slow.

An excellent hotel located near the train station, Skyline Plaza shopping center, concert hall. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean room.

Internet didn't work. Staff didn't know how to help us. Coffee machine broke at breakfast. Too many guests for breakfast capacity.

The location near main train station was perfect, on the other hand, the hotel is situated near crossroad, where was incredible traffic. Breakfasts were yummy with wide range of food and beverages. Another advantage was a possibility to keep lugages at reception desk after check out. I really appreciate it.

The minibar was empty (due to Covid-19 restrictions) and whatsmore, it does not work (we want to cool our own drinks).

Our reservation was lost, and blamed Booking.com for not sending the information over. We accepted a room in the basement instead. Was told the room was dirty still and should be cleaned within the hour, as it hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest (and based on the large cob webs, not cleaned for quite some time). After leaving and coming back many hours later, the room is still not clean and now we had to shower in the dirty room as it was now 9pm and no clean room still (cleaners have gone home). We asked one more time at 11pm and the front desk guy cleaned the room for us.
