Beautiful hotel, with a lovely pool area surrounded by lots of green, perfect for relaxing. Staff is very kind and helpful with all our requests. Great to have a spa and gym at hand, I was able to book a massage, it was excellent, very soothing. The hotel doesn’t have a full restaurant but they offer enough options for a light meal, including delicious bruschetta and panini. It’s set 10’ walking from the center of Pula and perfect to enjoy a more quiet setting and a short drive (or 20’ walk) to the nearest beach. Rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable, especially the rooms on the first floor with balcony to enjoy aperitivo.

We loved the property! Only thing to keep in mind is that some rooms (ground floor) are noisier. We made teo different bookings so had to change rooms, our first one on the top floor was more quiet and private than the second one.

We had a genuinely lovely experience with the staff at Nora Club Hotel & Spa. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and Nikola deserves a special mention. He was attentive and helpful, suggested great trips, checked in with us, and did everything he could to make our vacation perfect. Breakfast was very nice too, with friendly and gracious service.

Unfortunately, the condition of our suite did not match the level of service. The suite felt very old, with a musty smell and dated décor. The bathtub faucet was faulty and kept dripping long after being turned off tightly. The toilet seat was also broken. The staff fixed it as soon as we asked, but overall the room felt poorly maintained. More concerning, during the night we heard rats in the walls, and the next morning we found rat droppings outside on the railing and the balcony. A cat also got in through an open window and vomited in our room in the middle of the night. After that we kept all windows and openings closed, but on our last night the cat vomited again, this time on the mat at our room's entrance. It was a very unpleasant experience.
