In a convenient location, close to the town centre. Bed was very comfortable and room was very spacious. Staff were very kind.

The host of the place was really friendly and nice. She is helpful and walked us to our place. The whole place is clean, comfortable and beautiful. We loved our stay!
Better heating for the toilet as it was really chilly at night and in the early morning!

Very nice quiet location. Excellent setting. Easy parking
Slight musty odour.

The original buildings are nicely designed and constructed… still appealing from the outside.
Overall for the price you pay, it’s not too bad considering Wānaka has become an expensive area.
The property and gardens haven’t been maintained - there is so much potential!
The furniture is well past its use by date, heavily scratched and varnish peeling etc in places as is the staircase. The Lounge sagged in the middle and hurt your back and the bed was not comfortable either .
The blinds are grubby and many are frayed on the edges.
They all had stains.
The towels also are well past they use by date and are thin and scratchy .
