Good location and available parking which is difficult in Sozopol. Staff friendly and accommodating. Toiletries in bathroom a bonus.
Walls are a little thin so if other rooms are noisier it can be disruptive

Location and room were good.
The receptionist showed some bad attitude when we arrived. The way she handled the check in was very unprofessional. She gave us a wrong room key and then she rushed into our room to say that we have to move to another room. Most likely I will not come back to the hotel because of the way things were handled by the staff.
