Everything! Location, check in process, room keys, complimentary refreshments in lobby, the OWNER, he was so helpful and quick to respond to messages. Comfortable bed, the stone in the shower, view from our room; restaurant next door, same building. Their staff was friendly and helpful. My Italian is entry level in speech, better in listening and reading, German is worse. The staff was patient and we made it work and had fun! Room rate comes with a bus pass for Ticino during the stay and was easy to use. The property and surrounding area was beautiful and easy to get to hikes, bike trails etc on foot within minutes. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay here!

Nothing, everything was perfect

La chambre était très jolie et propre, le personnel adorable et de bons conseils autant sur le vin du restaurant que sur les activités touristiques de la région. Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour.

Schönes, kleines aber modernes Zimmer. Alles da, was man braucht. An der Reception standen Tee, Kaffee und Wasser zur Verfügung.

very clean and comfortable. just like on pictures. conveniently close to bus station. Also really close to hiking path. when we arrived we were given bus tickets for time we were staying.

We had an amazing stay. Bed is really comfortable, everything‘s really clean, bathroom is very nice and perfect location. Breakfast was also amazing, they even made me a vegan breakfast upon request. Davide (the owner) was so friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was very cozy with a lovely little balcony. The breakfast was delicious! They gave us cheese, bread, croissants, salami, orange juice, fruit, and made-to-order coffee. It is right at the start of the BoBosco trail and the hotel had the wooden balls for us to purchase for the hike. The lobby has tea, coffee, water, and snacks available for free.

Breakfast was very good. I liked the way also, how it was served to us.

In the room, the shower door did not close all the way.
