Great food, service and staff

There is no walking area around the hotel and gym needs to be upgraded.

The location was excellent has many markets and restaurants around the area

One of the staff wasn't nice at all, there wasn't any help provided to carry the luggage into the room as the facility has no elevator and we had to carry our luggage to second floor by ourselves

The food was plentiful & fresh . The room was very clean

Potential guests should be told that the resort next door has a very loud party that goes until 3am each night . Also , there are no English speaking people working at reception, which made check-in / out and generally communication very difficult & unprofessional, given the resort is in a town that is an international yachting port

Everything was perfect we booked double room and before checked in we requested for extra bed on call since we didn't get the confirmation on booking.com for extra bed When arrived they upgraded our room to family room - so nice of them we booked all inclusive so enjoyed every bit of it food drinks everything avb and we enjoyed Lots of variety of food in breakfast /lunch /snacks and dinner. variety of salads and dessert we stayed 2 days and different dishes were avb in lunch and dinner Kids enjoyed nuggets and burgers in snack while swimming in the pool we really liked everything the staff was very helpful and guided us every time

Fitness centre and aqua park was closed so didn't get a chance to go there, it would be good if it was opened

SHOWER CABIN IS TOO SMALL AFTER 11.00 PM. NO ROOM SERVICE ROOMS CURTAINS ARE NOT GOOD, IN MORNING SUNLIGHT DISTRACTED MY SLEEP NO IRON & BOARD IN ROOM
