We loved the friendly family service we got , was outstanding. The apartment was sparkling clean . And the breakfast was amazing and all made by the owner . We felt very relaxed and had a fabulous view of the beach

The location was perfect. The view was good. The room was comfortable.
There was mold in the shower ceiling. The breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled eggs were very oily. And took a long time to get food.

Antonia and the rest of the hotel staff were kind, friendly, helpful and competent! Our room (#15) was spacious, the king size bed provided a great night's sleep, the temperature of the room was comfortable and easy to adjust, ditto the water pressure and temperature in the shower! Breakfast on the roof was included and was delicious! The view was spectacular. We also loved the central location of this hotel! Great coffee next door, 2 places to rent a car for the day were steps from the hotel, and we even used the same day drop off laundry service nearby - filled a bag and it only cost 12€!! Bonus: Giannoulis restaurant across from hotel was delicious and a must-do! The beautiful beach is a 2 minute walk away!

The Naxos Island hotel is in a prime location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Right in the middle of a little town where there are lots of restaurants and a few mins walk to the beach where there are lots of beach clubs to rent beds. It is a 10 min car journey to the Naxos Port and gorgeous little winding streets and a great town with lots more restaurants. However, the hotel itself is not a 5 star hotel. It is definitely more 3 star. If thats what you are looking for then you will be very happy there, but if you are expecting a 5 star hotel will lots of facilities and lots of services then this is not your hotel.
The fact that we were sold a 5 star hotel which was actually a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was not good, and very disappointing
