Simple but fine

City centre noise; jazz party next door and regular calls to prayer from the mosques, but both are unavoidable in a city centre of a Muslim country

Pool, bar area - free pool and bar football. Excellent restaurant though we only used once in the evening last night of holiday and regretted not eating here previously. Buffet breakfast was good too. Very helpful staff Reliable local taxi driver booked through the resort. WiFi in the villa and Netflix.

Generally good however for self catering would have assumed more utensils to prepare food etc. My wife and daughter were also disappointed that the on site spa was not operating during our visit. Maybe minor issues but these were ones that detracted from otherwise super resort

Nice, relaxed, spacious, with 2 pools, one of which is larger than most hotels we've stayed in, there was also a gym, table tennis, and quite spaced out so could walk around, and lots greenery, fruit trees, palms, etc. so a pleasant resort. The apartment was also spacious. Fully equipped kitchen (had washing machine, Fridge Freezer). WiFi was fast and reliable (best I've had in a hotel, almost as good as our superfast BT broadband), and Smart TV, so could log in to our Netflix and watch in full HD. Staff helpful and polite, and even allowed us access to manager's own pool!

Air conditioning was great in the small bedroom, but not so effective in the larger spaces. Breakfast was about as good as HiExpress, minus the breakfast cereals; however they make eggs to your specification upon request. Don't expect too much. Ants in the apartment at certain times. However the staff very quickly cleaned the floors on two occasions (for now cost). We didn't pay for a daily room service, but would recommend you ask for this, even if extra cost.
