La ubicación era estupenda para lo que necesitabamos ese fin de semana. En el apartameto hay de todo y nos facilitaron una plancha cuando lo solicitamos. En general muy cómodos y muy agusto.

Podría ser mejor la limpieza. El apartamente que nos dieron era interior y a ras de suelo por lo que no habia buena iluminación

The accommodation was excellent. It is located in a great position for everything. The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable.

The guy that checked us in was absolutely fabulous! He was kind and gave great information/help/tips, etc. Loved that they had a garage for the car and could stay parked in there even a few hours after we checked out. We didn’t spend a lot of time here—got in late and ended up leaving early afternoon, but it seemed like it was a nice location. Only problem was that the trundle bed frame was broke—but let them know so they could fix it. Also, just be aware that they will put a $200 charge on your credit card for possible incidentals—sounds like they have had difficulties in the past with rambunctious young adults tearing things up. They will put it back on your card when you check out and the cleaners give a report on how the room looks. Several grocery stores and restaurants around the area.

The location was perfect. Driving can be a little bit overwhelming, and you have to check in before you can park in the garage. It's a busy street with minimal parking options. The distance to all the cool places is phenomenal. Friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was a bit weird that we had to take the garbage out. Parking when arriving can be a hassle.

Lovely staff, always helpful and friendly. Great location near Triana and the town centre. Safe residential area with plenty of bars and shops. The rooms are not luxurious but always super clean and excellent value for money. I use this apartments regularly whenever I’m in Seville.

Location was excellent,and the property has got its own parking.It is a very nice concept of staying.The apartament was very spacious and it is proper if you intend to stay much longer in Triana.

The 200 € deposit on check in,but it was written in the previous contract and they gave it back just the next day we left.

Ideal for a quick visit. We checked in late at night, but the staff sent instructions about how to access the apartment, which was very easy to follow.

Car parking is very tight for large cars. It didn't help that other cars were parked over 2 spaces and not courteous to other users.

The bathroom door lock was not aligned and it got stuck and unable to open. We were worried since there was not a quick solution and there was no common toilet that could be used during such an unexpected emergency situation.This needs to be thought through.

Our room was along the corridor and you could hear people and dogs all the time. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower holder was broken but we didn’t inform the reception because it was the Christmas weekend. Overall, the room is so basic and rundown. We checked out one day earlier.
