Excellent apartment! Location is perfect, close to public transport, restaurants, supermarket, cable car, everything. Apartment itself is spacious, with beautiful view of the mountains, spotlessly clean and equiped with anything you need for a long or short vacation. I specifically like that there is even a washing machine which is rare for Stubai apartments. Check-in/out process was easy and smooth and owners were accessible, responsibe and helpful. One more excellent geature is that this apartment comes with Stubai Super Card which is an incredible generous free valley transportation and cables cars (!!!!) pass. Stubai is a wonderful vacation destination, we will be back! The apartment is highly recommend!

Summers in Europe are getting warmer, even in the mountains. It would be nice if apartment had ventilators to cope with the heat. But this is really a minor comment, as this is an outstanding apartment!
