Bellissimo alloggio, pulito ed in zona vicinissimo al mare e servizi. Host decisamente cortese . Consiglio.

Emplacement très pratique pour garer la voiture, aller visiter Trapani ainsi que les environs. Appartement fonctionnel et vaste. Bon rapport qualité prix.

La porte d'entrée sensible aux courants d'airs, qui faisait du bruit les jours de fort vent. Il a fallu la coincer avec une chaise, et ça ne suffisait pas toujours.

Location was excellent for Trapani. Very central.

Dead bugs smeared on the walls. Weird off green stains on the bed sheets. No natural light in the apartment. Cobwebs on bedside lamps. Bed was unbelievably squeaky.

The appartement was clean and the location was good.

BE AWARE that this is a self-checkin location. There's barely never someone at the reception. You have to get in toucn by Whatsapp in order to check-in. The communication to do the check-in was really difficult. We've waited more than 40 minutes at the gate before to have an answer from Martina. Her excuse was that her phone was not working properly. But the day after to claim the city tax, she was perfectly able to send or call at 9 PM.... The WiFi was not working. There was no coffee machine. The bed was not comfortable.

A bit uncomfortable sofa in the living room.

Accommodation was located close to bigger supermarket (around 200 m) and beach (around 400 m) and it was not far from bus station and train station either. AC worked well, when electricity worked. Room was fine.

There was self check-in, but we did not receive any clear instructions in advance. First of all we had to ring the bell to the reception, they opened us door distantly and then we had to call the receptionist through our phones so the second door would be opened as well. The sound through phone was not very clear, so it took longer time to understand where and how we find the keys. It would be much easier if we received written self check-in instructions in advance like was the case in all the other places which we visited. Also, there was twice powercut of electricity in our room. First time we called with the receptionist and she advised us how to turn it on through fuse, which was quite difficult to find out since it was in this emergency room where were located fuses for all rooms. In this kind of situation, employees of the property should have taken care of it. During the second powercut receptionist came to our room and just said that we should not use too many electronic devices, so it was not possible to take a shower, use AC and cook at the same time, which we found very inconvenient. All these issues unfortunately ruined our stay, which could be otherwise nice.
