The location was perfect with it being in the middle of the city and the staff was so helpful in arranging services.

The hotel is nice, The staffs are quick to help, it’s easy walk (10-15mins) to the cathedral or to centre (or 2€ taxi), supermarkets are near and there is one right infront of the hotel
The building looks totally different from what I saw in this picture (unless undergoing construction - picture attached), breakfast could be better.

This hotel is perfect for business travels. Simple still clean and comfortable, it is well positioned with many services around. it has a nice garden for dinners and the breakfast is excellent. People are very nice and take well care of you.
The restrooms need some refurbishment

It was fine.
Our room and bathroom smelled very strongly of smoke.
