I did a reservation for a deluxe suite with balkony and bath tube… but i didnt get this room, but i paid for it!!!!
they didnt even gave me. discojnt or anything else…
check out before you book that the rooms are available wich they offer!
breakfast, small, no porridge no bananas, espacially for this high price you can really get better hotels honestly…

The staff are very nice, welcoming and professionals.
The were upgraded our room after we said its our honeymoon. All rooms are very big, clean and comfy.
Breakfast was great, the dinner in their restaurant (paid as extra) was amazing.
There are not much facilities here, gym/pool is very missing. Also the location is a bit far from interesting things.

We took the high end accommodation where also the price reflected the quality. In any case this excellent and comfortable type of accommodation, services, parking and location is very much "worth the money" and I have been already second time. Coming to RedBull Ring again I will book the palce and room again. Pretty much recommended.

this is a place of peace and relaxation....super quiet and amazing in away I never felt before....highly recommended for a romantic couples

Beautiful place with amazing staff. We were treated as VIPs.
The suite was astonishing and well equipped. Personal notes and special chocolate were just a few of the incredible things that made us want to come back again.

I don't where to start to be honest... the hotel, design, personal service, attention, the rooms, the ability to a lot of fun things around the area.
The restaurant is also very good - and I will recommend this hotel to everyone who will be attending Spielberg! No doubts one of the best places to be here..

Super attentive staff, quality hotel woth great rooms. Quality breakfast and upscale dinner. The main building is renovated in high quality with very fine taste. Highly recommended.
