Malonus, paslaugus personalas. Geri gausūs pusryčiai.
Apartamentuose yra indai, įrankiai maisto gaminimui, bet nėra duota nieko daugiau. Kambaryje nera nei kempinėlės indams plauti, nei indų ploviklio. Kambarinės kloja lovas, bet niekada neplauna nei puodelio, nei taurės, nei lėkštės.
Dušas itin nepatogus, praktiškai ant WC išsidėlioja dušo durys. Mūsų viešnagės metu, buvo itin šalta vonios kambary ir reikdavo laukti kokia 10min, kol pradės bėgti šiltas vanduo. Prasta garso izoliacija.

The breakfast is amazing, the coffee is ten points. Everyone will choose breakfast according to their wishes. Selection of sweets - ten points. We did not expect such quality service and variety of food in the off-season.
The location is also great - a few steps from the sea, sitting on the terrace you can enjoy the sea views.
The public transport stop is just 5 minutes away. Road, grocery store 3 min.
Everything you need to visit the surroundings of Rimini.
The Wi-Fi is pretty bad, as is the sound insulation between the rooms.

we had a great sized room with a lovely balcony view. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice.
We had people checking in right next-door to us at 10 at night. They had children and we could hear a lot of noise through the walls for quite a while as we tried to get to sleep. So I could imagine in the summertime it’s very, very loud. Also, the stove ignition did not work. The staff set up a lighter, but it did not work either.

I stayed for just for a night in a low-season period of time. in this period it was a quite place offering a gorgeous breakfast with vegan and gluten-free options.

The apartment has also sea view and pool view. The sea view is beautiful. You have everything you need.
The breakfast consisted in traditional courses, like eggs, sausages, ham, cheese etc., but also fruits - pineapple, oranges, yogurt and cereals and deserts - also vegan and gluten free.
The parking for the car costs 9 euro per night, which seems ok for us, we prefer to let the car in the parking.
Nothing personal, this is for crazy rules inforced and unfortunatelly applied all over the place: I am waiting for the normal times when people understand that wearing a stupid mask at breakfast when standing up and taking food is compulsory, but when staying at the table and eating you stop "spreading" whatever you are spreading... this is so stupid and superficial.
It is so sad that we are complying to some idiots.

Shower without base next to the toilet. After the shower, it is not possible to go to the toilet without getting your feet wet.

Everyone was very friendly. We stayed at the end of September in a very spacious apartment, AC available, but not necessary anymore. There was a lot of parking spaces, although paid. Breakfast was plentiful and one of the few hotels we visited that had not only sweets, but also fruit and vegetables available. Nice beaches outside, nice place overall.
Sound insulation between rooms was a bit insufficient, it was easy to hear people next door.

Close to the beach
Parking is a nightmare if you have a big car or a car that you don’t want damaged. Far too tight parking!!!

The location was great in terms of going to the beach, grocery shopping or good restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Parking was an added cost, to we had not seen this, but it mean we had to park about 800 m away in a public parking place.
The apartment was generally fine but just seem old and run-down.
WIFI was not great. Often we used our own data signal on the phones instead of WIFI as it seem not to be dimensioned to the size of the hotel. Further the WIFI did not work on the terrace.

Nice, spacious apartment located on the seafront of Rimini. It was a last minute booking as we couldn't get to our planned destination, but everything was OK. Free parking. The man on the desk (Ionut) was incredibly helpful.. It would be nice to stay in the summer months to use the pool.
No complaints at all.
