Very good location,

It’s getting old. Tye shower was nit holding properly. The pool was closed and there was no info about it. The hotel was sending info about frauds using their name in Spanish only.

Room, Pool Area, Location. Everything was good, i didnt understand why the pool area closed for use from 14th Sept, it was blazing hot and you couldn't use a standard practise to do at that time each year. That seems a little strange and restrictive considering the heat that was the pool. This seemed very odd, When i asked the staff why they said it was being seen in Madrid.

To be honest, the breakfast was a little lacking. Their was plenty of choice but the hot items, Bacon, etc. was not great. Items were always running out, the Bacon was always undercooked (it was like eating rubber) and when we requested either fried eggs or poached we were told it wasn't possible. They need to install an egg station where people have a choice of how they want their eggs and would be hot. This is the first hotel in years that hasn't had that and it was certainly a downside at the start of the day.

Roof top bar was a lovely surprise. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. Clean and comfortable room. A good size..

The area around Moncloa is a bit dodgy. Three out of 4 lifts were working which meant a long wait. Bathroom needed some maintenance.

The location of this hotel was fabulous. Close to the metro and 001 free bus. It’s a little noisy but expected as so central.

The roof top was not open despite it being May and 32 degrees. This was incredibly disappointing. Even if the roof top was open to sit and not use the bar or pool it would be a fantastic view. We booked this hotel for that reason and was a shame it was not open. It was also not very clear on the website that it was not open. Room also needed a paint and freshen up.
