Room was clean, beds very comfortable, balcony with view, and very airy. Staff very friendly, and simple breakfast included. WiFi worked well.

The room was very good & the reception staff big thumbs up for upgrading me to balcony room. Very comfortable, & breakfast is your choice if you want omelette or pastries with orange juice & tea or coffee. Many places to eat nearby & bus station is only couple of minutes away, but you might want a taxi uup the hill if you want to visit old city, medina, & Royal Palace at Hassan 11 Square
Everything was good

It took 30 minutes to get served breakfast. Very inefficient system of serving one table at a time with only one waiter on really busy mornings

Easy to get to, has a lift amd large rooms.
Dated one socket in the whole room away from bed. Charging was an issue. Shower was not working as it should. Water was like warm. No AC or heating, gets a little chilly in the room, glad I had my own fan heather. Needs a lot of TLC to get it in shape. Overall
