The Breakfast was fantastic. I was impressed as a Vegetarian that a hot vegetarian options such as vegetarian sausages were provided along with eggs, hash browns etc. . On the buffet part, the fruit was more than your usual melon dominated fruit, there were a mixture of berries in there. Coffee quality was good.
Check-in went smoothly, the location is great, close to town and the sea.
I stayed in a single/twin room. The room was clean and provided everything that you could possibly need, including private ensuite shower and toilet.
A lovely couple that run the place, very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend and stay again!

Room and ensuite were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices
Good to have free parking.
Reasonable location.
Room was bit cramped : fortunately we didn't have large suitcases.
Ensuite was also quite small.

Homely likkle Bed and Breakfast , in a great location beach just at the bottom of the road and a ten minute walked into town, parking right outside £2.50 a day with a permit from the owners , delicious cooked breakfast each morning, full English or salmon and scrambled egg , the owners was so friendly and welcoming a lovely couple.
Seagulls was very noisy in the early mornings so take earplugs if your a light sleeper.
