Room is spacious and clean. The girl at restaurant is helpful when we ask her to re-heat our meal.
Very inconvenient location. Need taxi/Grab to go to Old Town/city center. Very few restaurants in walking distance. The only convenient store nearby sell no alcohol. No night activities nearby. Opposite are several temples but it's quite dangerous to cross the road and much more dangerous when walking along the road since there's no pavement to walk. No swimming pool (it's my fault that I didn't check carefully but I expected there's one since the hotel is far from the town center)

Most of everything no complaints, good, wonderful and the atmosphere is nice.
Lift out of service and phone in my room malfunction.. no line attached to it.. cannot reach customer service to topup mineral water.

No menu book in room. Hard to adjust air conditioner.

The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and a fantastic view.

The room is super clean, love it, quite spacious for a room catering for 2 pax. Definitely will come back again if I visit Ipoh, though it is quite far from town, but comfort and cleanliness are my priority.
Overall it is a comfortable ambiance in the room, however the lights were too dim and the light near the bed can't even switch off with the on/off button, so I have to take out the entire plug in order to off the light.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was more than worth the price we paid. Highly recommended for families traveling with younger children. They even provided a baby cot which was very comfortable for our 2 year old.
