Hotel Naslada

The location was just perfect for me as can to other locations n resorts nearby by bus I have stayed here before so very nice for me excellent .

Only issue other guests could have been bit quieter at late hours of night n consider that other guests trying to sleep

Very cozy, lovely place to stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again! The pool is extremely clean and well managed. We could see the young man cleaning it up every morning. The rooms are comfortable, they are even equipped with mini-fridges, so you can store your food safely. All rooms arw with a few to the internal garden and the pool. There's a room with pool table and table tennis to enjoy daily as well. The hotel has parking areas around it, which makes it easier when you travel by car. On a walking distance there are 2 food stores, gift shops, restaurants and fast food kiosks and entrance to the Balchik Palace and Botanical Gardens. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour earlier and yet, they checked to see if our room is ready and let us in immediately.

Breakfast was good, and they served really nice coffee.

Overall, our stay was good. On the first day, our shower wasn't working, but it was fixed the same day. The reception staff and the rest of the hotel team were very helpful throughout our stay. However, the hotel could benefit from some renovation, especially in the bathroom. There was a lot of mould on the shower curtain and the ceiling. The balcony door was also broken and couldn't be closed properly. The beach is around a 20-minute walk from the hotel.
