General location is great, right within the heart of Lisbon downtown. Great, very friendly host. There were three beds in two different rooms, perfect for a family of four. 3 fans were made available, kitchenette and fridge give you flexibility to cook or eat out.
The shower head needs to be repaired/replaced. The specific location of the place is not accessible by car, You will have to walk fifty meters or so from the closest drivable spot, perhaps more, not a problem if you are not carrying nothing, but a bit more challenging with luggage.

L appartamento si affaccia su un cortile esterno delizioso, con zona relax dotata di sofà e tavolo per poter cenare con vista sui tetti di Lisbona

I think this place needs more points, I don't know why but the place has really bad reviews for bad cleaniness but the appartment was super clean and tidy. I think people don't understand that if you book an appartment in CBD of Lisbon, these places are old so they will look "bad" but it is just old fashion style and you have to appreciate to live in such a beautifull area as center of Lisbon. The area was nice and quiet.
There was no garden. I think the apartment is splits in 2 and I got the appartment without the garden area. I was honestly confused as the first picture on booking is the garden and honestly I book it especially for that. Still I enjoyed my stay and loved the apartment. If I had the garden for sure I would have give a 9.

The property was very close to the tram 28 line and had a lovely view.
Dirty shower , rusty fridge, very old furniture that needs updating as well as the whole flat needs a good scrub as ants were coming from under the floor boards
