The Hotel Devman & Terrace

Clean room and nice staff!

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Very good service snd I do travel a lot. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location was excellent right in the heart of everything. You could just walk out the door and have unlimited choices for food and drink and shops.

I can’t think of a thing not to like

The hotel is situated in the heart of Istanbul. Close to the main shopping street, many restaurants and bars and historic sites. The room was very clean and well equipped with fridge, kettle, tv, nice ensuite shower and toilet, free bottled water. Plenty of hot water and great wifi. The bed was clean & comfortable with good quality bedding. The breakfast was buffet style with basic cereal, traditional Turkish breakfast, boiled eggs, cake. It was the same each day but ample. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful For the price I think the hotel offers excellent value for money given its perfect location, quality of rooms and breakfast I will definitely be back!

The only real issue for me is that in Thursday, Friday and Saturday there are bars in the small street thst play loud music until 4am and I am a light sleeper so it did make sleeping difficult for me but having said that had I not been recovering from an ooeration I would have been out enjoying the atmosphere Breakfast could have a wider range but you have to keep in view the price and it is more than adequate

The staff were very kind and friendly.

There were not enough blankets available, and despite asking several times, we were not given an extra blanket. The hairdryer was broken, and it took a little while to get it replaced.
