The location is terrific and central, wonderful for walkability. The breakfast the next morning was really lovely with super sweet staff. Everyone was helpful and the rooms are perfectly fine.
We were expecting an onsite restaurant but that has recently closed. The process for entering the property was a bit complicated and requires going to another location to pick up the key (same location as breakfast) but that wasn't quite clear. All of the folks who we met who are working there were so sweet and helpful so that made up for any confusion about how to check in.

Perfect location. Super helpful staff, answering all inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Giving perfect recommendations. Clean room. Confortable bed. Good air conditioning.
Some maintenance is required. Shower doors without proper handlers, not closing perfectly. Room door handle and lock with some issues, requiring manual fixing. Remotes (AC and TV) with battery issues. Room windows with reasonable sound proof but could be better. Blackout curtain should be improved. The lighting isn't good and not proper for reading.

The breakfast was tasty and the room was clean.
Check in was slow. The front door was open too often. My wife noticed sanitary issues with the kitchen and it is her profession. Not even a small fridge in the room. No hair dryer.
