Fab hotel prime royal castle is not prime royal. lobby and reception was so bad, receptionist treatment was very bad. Hotel location and car parking is congested . Rooms are ok but you have to ask for every amenity even bathroom towel. Fab hotel made me pay Rs 1000 in advance so I was forced to take the room. Please don't book the room if they don't have the complete photo inside out.

Good breakfast spread. Room was spacious and clean.
No hot water kettle, no coffee/tea in room. Wi-Fi not available when we checked in. Was informed that they will call once fixed. But no call after this. No G-pay or UPi payment available. Location is inside, difficult to get cabs to come.

Receptionist told me there was no room available because I didn’t pay cash in advance but booking.com never ask to do same.
after denying stay from the receptionist I contacted booking.com and it was arranged by the person who said me there was no available room.
