Questa casa ben arredata sull'isola di Singer si trova a 600 metri da una splendida spiaggia atlantica ea 40 metri dalla tranquilla laguna di Lake Worth. Un giro in bicicletta di 15 minuti conduce ai sentieri del MacArthur State Park, l'unico parco naturale e faunistico della contea di Palm Beach. Il parco e la laguna sono pieni di pellicani, garzette, falchi e trampolieri, lamantini e ogni tipo di vita acquatica. Il vicino parco Ocean Reef offre una spiaggia con postazioni sorvegliate, strutture per picnic e aree di nidificazione delle tartarughe (in primavera ed estate).
Questa casa con tre camere da letto, tre bagni e mezzo è stata recentemente decorata con mobili personalizzati e tessuti di design. La camera da letto principale è spaziosa, con cabina armadio e lussuoso bagno con cabina doccia separata e grande vasca idromassaggio. Una seconda camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio, TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato. La terza camera ha due letti extra-lunghi e un bagno adiacente. Ogni camera da letto, la camera familiare e l'ufficio separato hanno un ventilatore a soffitto anche se la casa dispone di riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata.
Gli spazi abitativi sono di dimensioni generose con soffitti alti e pareti di vetro che si affacciano sulla piscina privata riscaldata, spa e patio. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e si affaccia sulla camera familiare con il suo centro di intrattenimento, sistemi audio e Smart TV HD. La connessione Internet wireless funziona in tutta la casa. Una lavanderia separata con nuova lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavandino di servizio aggiunge alle molte comodità della casa e conduce al grande garage. Lì troverai biciclette, kayak sit-on-the-top in tandem, paddleboard e molti giochi da piscina e da spiaggia.
La piscina, la spa e il patio circostante vi invitano a giocare o semplicemente a rilassarvi. La piscina è affiancata da una zona pranzo e grill coperta con refrigerazione integrata, perfetta per grigliate e intrattenimenti. Una piccola piscina alimentata da cascate aggiunge l'atmosfera tropicale. Salotti, sedie e panche in teak creano uno scenario per prendere il sole durante il giorno o cocktail serali.

We have rented more than 6 different homes on singer island and this is our new best ever if you will. The photos are very accurate, but what you can’t see is that the home is immaculate and in perfect condition, like new. We were surprised it was ever rented minutes after our first entry. We’re particular about cleanliness and were not disappointed, we don’t wear shoes in our home nor others homes, white socks were white at the end of the day! Unbelievable. Steve is a real professional representing this home. His knowledge is great because he remodeled it for Karen and Jim. We highly recommend this beautiful home for privacy, excellent pool, and brand new feel they have maintained with the owners attention to detail. We have never had such a over expectation experience prior to this home.

House is gorgeous. The landscaping is outstanding. By far the best around the area. The pool was perfect for our family of five. Kids enjoyed every day swimming. House is spacious and everyone was comfortable in their own beds. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable and each room had a fun inviting color. Kitchen has everything you need for great family dinners. Bike riding was really nice too. They had all the things you wanted to have fun with. Kayaks. Paddle boards etc.
Location was perfect for us. Easy to get to many places.
We highly recommended Blue water rental. We rented a center console boat for 8 hours and visited peanut island and the ocean. Highlight of trip.

We visit Singer Island every year to be with family. This was by far the best year yet! We could have never left the house and have been content and happy. Beautiful home, great kitchen, wonderful pool. Definately a terrific place to relax and recharge.

We loved our stay. The house had a great layout and the pool and backyard were amazing. The pool was heated and the backyard was completely private with beautiful vegetation around it. We could have stayed sitting by the pool our entire week! The location was great and very close to beach access. The beach was not very crowded which was great. Easy drive to casual restaurants on the island and to nicer restaurants in Palm Beach Gardens (15 minutes) and West Palm (25 minutes). Would absolutely stay here again. Only recommendation would be to put more comfortable sitting chairs in living room in front of the TV so that 4 people can sit comfortably to watch movies etc.

Beautiful home and we’ll outfitted for relaxation and cooking. Super clean and organized. Highlight was the pool and spa, which are surrounded by the most beautiful landscaping I’ve seen. Great eating and seafood markets close by. The manager is responsive and friendly.

Truly an amazing home with beautiful interiors and clean and so comfortable! The outside pool was refreshing and the furnishings relaxing. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a home or rental. We were in FL for my son’s wedding, and we stayed at Mangrove house with our adult children. The home was so well appointed and beautiful which made getting ready for all the wedding weekend events even better! Thank you Steve for taking care of this home so all can enjoy their stay on vacation.

Outside expertly landscape a serene environment. Pool and waterfall outstanding and the covered patio with outdoor kitchen was spectacular.
Property manager helped with stay and the overall experience was five stars!

This property is beautiful and a short walk to the beach. Its on a dead end street and very quite. The outdoor area is like being at a luxury resort. The management is top notch. We were walked through and checked on to make sure our stay was perfect. Do not pass this one up.

Like most Americans, we were forced to cancel our 2020 vacation. This Summer, we feel very fortunate to have been able to stay at this gorgeous home on Singer Island. Our stay could not have been better!! The home was recently updated, including a beautiful kitchen and living space. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. I've never slept so well outside my own bed. We brought three of our grand-nieces on this trip, so safety was first and foremost when I planned our vacation. We knew Singer Island well based on previous trips. This home is located in a super safe neighborhood. Our safety was never in question. The pool and water features are completely surrounded by lush tropical plants, providing total privacy and tranquility. The special beach access path for homeowners is conveniently located right around the corner, just 6-7 minutes walking distance to a gorgeous sandy beach. If you don't travel light when going to the beach, you might consider driving to the public access parking just another 100 yards to the south. The property manager, Stephen, was wonderful. He stayed in contact prior to our arrival, and met us at the property shortly after we arrived to give us a tour of the home. Stephen thoroughly explained how to function all the appliances, along with the pool and spa. We even remembered not to open the dishwasher until the cycle was complete! When it is complete, it will open itself. 😉👍 Stephen made himself available to answer questions during our entire stay. He made us feel very welcome. Without a doubt, I can highly recommend staying at this property. We appreciate the opportunity so much!

From beginning to end we had a wonderful stay at the Mangrove house! The check in process was easy with Steve. He went over a few details with us and the rest of our stay was relaxing and just what we needed. The home was exceptionally clean with beautiful decor that is very inviting and refreshing! We traveled with our family which consisted of 4 teenagers and they enjoyed the pool and spa after a long day at the beach. In the evenings we cooked and the kitchen is well stocked with any cookware and utensils you could need which was great. Overall we had an amazing stay and hope to come back again sometime!

The property is amazing! The house is very clean and the kitchen is well appointed, with most things needed to cook meals. We spent most of our time by the pool and outdoor space, which are awesome! Very easy check in process and good communication with manager and property owner. Our pups also enjoyed their daily walks by the lagoon and watching the wildlife. Would def stay again!

PERFECT is the word I would use to describe this property and our stay. We felt so spoiled!! There was so much attention to detail in every part of the house from the decorations to the pool and jacuzzi and wow the kitchen!! The gourmet kitchen had every utensil we needed to make anything from a gourmet dinner to a bowl of cereal. A beautiful private paradise oasis in the backyard awaited us. The landscaping around the beautiful pool was nothing short of amazing and gave us so much privacy. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and there was plenty of space for 6 adults. We also enjoyed using the bikes in the garage and a kayak and paddle board. We look forward to coming again!!

This property is exactly as pictured! It’s clean, serene and perfect for a get away! The owners have everything you could need and then some! It’s all outlined in cute signing around the house so you know all of the tips and tricks of a successful stay! Hands down the best VRBO we have ever rented! Steve is also amazing! He’s always accessible and knowledgeable! He’s a huge asset to the experience!

We were very pleased and happy with our stay! The house was beautiful and spotless. 5 minute walk to a very private beach. We felt safe and distanced the entire time. The neighborhood and neighbors were all lovely. Pool and spa were wonderful and the backyard is very private. Felt like our own personal resort. We grilled and cooked every night in the state of the art kitchen (fully stocked with every tool and pot you could ever need). Property manager Steve was super helpful when needed and We cannot wait to come back!

The house was exactly as pictured with modern, updated kitchen amenities, a well designed floor plan separating the master from the other bedrooms, a beautiful enclosed back yard with a pool and spa. Steve, the property manager, was communicative and met us at the house to show us the things we needed to know to make out stay as comfortable as possible. We had a wonderful time there and will hopefully be returning in a couple weeks. I highly recommend this property for business, leisure, or family travel.

We booked the Mangrove Home for our family vacation. We have spent great 2 weeks in this beautiful villa. Everything in the house made us feel home instantly: beautiful layout, nice decor and high quality amenities. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the free passes for beach umbrellas and we loved lounging by the pool.
We had the pleasure to meet Steve who was always available to assist us. Great hospitality and very thoughtful of the host and owners to offer us 2 extra days to make up for the time the tropical storm was passing by Palm Beach.
We highly recommend the Mangrove Home!
