Well keept, good looking, nice staff.
My bathtub was blocked (but I asked the staff and they have fixed it).

Staff were extremely polite and very helpful, especially when I asked for a more convenient room as my wife would struggle to climb the stairs to the top floor. Also when taking our photograph overlooking the front garden
Lovely old building, very impressive when you first walk in to reception
Very quiet location if you want to get away from it all
Evening meal in their restaurant was excellent
Really decent breakfast, plenty of choice and plenty of it
Hotel needs some investment, love and attention, to address internal and external maintenance to prevent the deterioration of a lovely building

the place is great
not the rooms we booked and expected to get.
