The room is rather big
The hotel seem to be ruled by aficionados. The staff very unprofessional, the room has no air conditioning, the isolation is terrible. The noise of people opening and closing doors woke me up a few times.
The locker of the room door is rather unsafe.

After additional offer by booking I order room with terase but I got room on the ground floor without terase

Spacious, more like a little apartment rather than a hotel room. Fan, little coffee machine in the room with capsules, bus station right near to the hotel - it were the little details that made it nice
No hair dryer in the room, but I didn’t ask on the reception also - they probably would give it of I did

Great location near the EU quarter. Staff are always friendly. A clean and comfy bed. Working shower. That's all I need for my business trip and it's all there. A fridge to boot.

The room was huge. There were plates, cutlery and glasses. Breakfast (coffee, tea) was included. Very comfy bed. Check in was easy.

The cleaners knocking on the door at 10.30am while leaving yime was 11am.

Friendly staff with an quick checkin, spacious room, very clean, good WIFI, nespresso machine with two free caps, good water pressure in the shower, TV, microwave, desk, wardrobe, all you need, the nightbus is stopping directly in front of the hotel
the mattress of the bed was too soft for my taste, the location is a bit outside of the center, but it's fine, good breakfast options are very limited in the direct neighborhood

Large rooms, in residential area, good location for Cinquantenaire.
The only thing that presents a problem is the fact that getting a decent breakfast nearby is not easy. The hotel should provide for some kind of breakfast catering, from a bakery, and provide coffee, tea and confiture etc.

- The bed was very comfortable.
- We had a refrigerator and a microwave available in our private room.
- Location close to Schuman for metro and bus to airport.
Not much, maybe that the room was on the basement but we liked the experience

The size of the room and the location of the hotel were nice. There were plates, cutlery, a fan, a mini fridge, a TV and a coffee machine & a kettle in the room. Very good value for money.
The daily cleaning service could’ve been better. And there is no elevator in the building.
