Location was perfect, bed was comfortable, full kitchen with cooker and large freezer and washing machine. Nice outside seating area. Very quiet and east access via park and ride to chester where its easy to get a train to Liverpool and Manchester. Short walk to the brewery about 3/4 mile away to visit their bar area and shop. Details are in the cottage. Hosts were very nice and gave us lots of local info

Only 1 issue really. There is no wifi provided. This isnt mentioned on the property details. Normally not a problem for us as we would use the mobile data. Unfortuneately the mobile signal is either non existant or very weak (we are on O2 - maybe other providers are better). The surrounding area was the same very weak signal. Whilst I am not bothered about being glued to the internet, it is essential if you are on holiday to be able to book tickets, get local info about car parks etc , whats on at the theatres/cinema, various opening times, local walks (the area is lovely) or even keep in touch with work commitments etc etc . I found myself in a layby, that had a reasonable signal trying to book advance Train tickets. You obviously cannot stream any netflix etc, so rely on DVDs or freeview TV. Had wifi been provided, I would have given the cottage a 10

Nice secluded spot, with well provided facilities.

Everything was fine.

Lovely wonderful place in a quiet relaxing surroundings, hosts where very friendly and welcoming, showing me where everything was and how it worked, place was spotless clean and had everything you needed, felt very cozy comfortable and homely, lounge area was relaxing and spacious, kitchen had everything and was clean, spacious, bedroom was clean and lovely, bathroom was spacious and clean,

I found the beds just a little to soft and uncomfortable for me, Shower could have been a little more powerful again for me, but other people it could be fine for the beds and shower , just personal preference

The hosts where so welcoming and kind, the cottage was so clean, warm and cosy had everything in you needed , so relaxing with great view and peaceful,
