Had a perfect stay, switched to this riad for the last night of our stay in Marrakesh and couldn’t be happier that we did. Located perfectly in a small alley in the souks where you have peace and quiet but are in the middle of everything once you step out. The location on maps isn’t accurate but I just called the reception and the owner came in less then 10 minutes to pick me up and show me the way. The riad is very clean, has a really cute interior and a great view from the rooftop terrace. Service is outstanding and creates a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 whenever we or friends will go to Marrakesh from now on this is where we will be staying!

The Riad was pretty hard to find on your own. It is not situated correctly on Google Maps so locating it in the maze of little alleyways required a local shop owner guiding me there...

The property has been beautifully renovated and is a tranquil, elegant and restful space in the centre of the medina. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms tastefully decorated with all the facilities you need. The roof terrace is a lovely area to sit and relax with a view of the Atlas mountains and if it is too hot, the courtyard below is even better with a lovely pool. The food was delicious and good value for money. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and they kindly arranged an airport pickup and met us at the main square to escort us to the medina which was very much appreciated. Thank you Edouard and Claude for your hospitality.

We had the best time in this riad! The beautiful riad is very clean and the location is just perfect! Right behind the Rahba Kedima square and just 3 minutes from Jemaa El Fnaa. Easy to find even in the chaotic Medina. The owners are very helpful and the local staff are the sweetest and most hard working people! Big thanks to Ali, Rachida, Ayoub and funny Otman. And a 100 times thanks to Amina… she truly is the sweetest and best chef in Marrakech! 10/10! We will be back for sure! Shokran / merci!

Location is great, very quiet and secluded, but only a very short walk to the souks and the Jamaa El Fna square. Property has been stunningly renovated and all of the rooms and common areas are beautiful, with plentiful places to sit and chill - the fantastic roof terrace for example. Staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

Nothing comes to mind. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but this is a very minor complaint.

It is a beautiful riad tucked away in the heart of the medina and souks. It is quiet and safe. The interior is fantastic - from the individual rooms, through common areas and the rooftop terrace. It is very clean - the room was cleaned daily. Fantastic breakfast that will keep you going all morning without a doubt. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

It is more the nature of the type of building rather than an issue with this particular riad - you can hear everything what is happening in the building which made me quite self conscious. I would still stay there - that is something to bear in mind.

Everything was perfect

Located right in the heart of the medina. Perfect to keep popping back to without leaving the bustling market. Inside it’s so peaceful and quiet and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

The Riad is in the middle of the medina, scary to get to at first. Once you go in, it's a clean, cozy ambiance Riad. Owner's are extremely nice, and you can feel their love for their place. The breakfast was ok. Lots of stairs to get to your rooms. It's a small Riad. We had the suite, roof top room, which was not too small, bathroom was huge. We had 3 rooms and the other ones were a decent size. The Riad is new and has been remodeled. Feel adventurous with the location. Well worth the try, and after 3 days we got use to walking in the packed medina during the day and the empty medina at night. It is safe, and even though the location looks like a labyrinth, after one try , it becomes easy to get to. THe owners speak french and English, but the staff mostly french. But we understood eachother. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The Riad is an experience and definitely would go back. Was a good value for what we got.

Would have loved to have a daily bottle of water in our room, we got one just the first day. Roof top can get a little noisy if guest go upstairs, I recommend to put that in the website, that the rooftop room is not a private terrace. Would have like some eggs for breakfast. Also better bath toiletries.

The staff were the best! Ali and Aminah were always so helpful with requests we had, and recommendations for sightseeing. We loved that we could experience the hammam and massage right in the comfort of our own riad, so relaxing and rejuvenating esp after the desert experience. The rooms were gorgeous and so comfortable, we slept so well. The food was great too, convenient when we didn't feel like braving the crowds outside!

Would have been much more convenient to be able to pay for add-ons at the riad by card too. The nearest cash machines were out of cash and we arrived during the weekend, so it took a few days for us to be able to get more cash. Also, sound travels easily around the riad, so maybe bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Cute charm of the place

Stupidly small bathroom door that I - a man of average height (5'7") kept banging my head against. No TV. Only limited lighting options. Staff that not only couldn't speak more than a few words of English, but inadvertently misled, e.g. the woman who checked me in nodded when I asked her if payment had been cleared as I collected my keys, but then presented me with a bill at check out the next day..

The property is very nice, the owners are very cute and welcoming, staff are super nice as well (shoutout to Ali and Naiema)! I recommend this place!

The property is well located, inside the old city of Marrakech. We have spent 1 night in the Riad which was very confortable. Ali was very nice and helpful!!

Simply everything. This absolutely beautiful riad is located in the near of the place des epices which is very central. Also, all of Édouard's team (Amina, Ali,...) were so nice that our stay felt like home from our first minutes. The riad offers various hammam packages - we did one and really enjoyed it. We would recommend the riad to everyone and if we will ever visit Marrakech again we know where to stay again :)

The Riad is one of the most beautiful we stayed in, we were amazed as soon as the staff opened the door. The rooftop is nice too, dinner is served there and you can see all of Marrakech. As we had to leave early, the team prepared us breakfast really early in the morning even though it was well before indicated breakfast time. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The only issue is getting there, it's in a small alleyway which isn't indicated on maps. If you don't need airport pickup (we were already in the city) I would still recommend asking someone to meet you in the next street if you are attempting to find it on your own - they do get in touch with you prior to your stay and mention this, which is a nice touch. Aside from that, would definitely go again and stay longer.
