a pleasant place to stay and relax after exploring the city

air conditioning set slightly high

The front desk staff was very pleasant. They made recommendations on where to eat and provide directions to the sites. We loved the location. Coffee, bakery, ice cream, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance was an absolute pleasure. Thankful for the washing machine. Enjoyed the full kitchen to eat breakfast together.

The noise. I know it is not the fault of the apartment. But both nights we were interrupted with loud people talking. Once it was till 5:30 am and the other night till 2:30 am. They do have a strict quiet hours policy but I wish someone was on site to monitor this. We did call the number noted for noise disturbance on the second night but they should have a WhatsApp number to call to make things easier not just a regular Spain number to call.

The facilities were excellent and the staff very helpful. The property was really spacious and there was plenty of room for us as five adults. There are really good bars and restaurants within walking distance.

None

Location is perfect - many nice and cozy restaurants and bars around, less tourists, mainly locals. Apartment has basic facilities available in good condition (kitchen). Apartment was quite clean. Heating worked perfectly.

The main problem was noise – it seemed as if the walls and ceilings were made of cardboard. It seemed like the neighbors were in your apartment. every step they made, every word they say (especially in stairwell), every time they flash in the WC - you can hear it. Lower level (we lived on the second) means more noise. Terrible hard foam pillows, nothing about comfort sleeping. Appearance of our apartment was not that on the photos provided - it was sufficiently worn, and not cozy at all. Cheep metall chairs in the kitchen. Poor promotion of IKEA Nothing about "DELUXE" - this apartment did not meet expectations at all
