nice location, place is easy to find. Good for 1-night stay. All basic amenities provided. the place is quite safe and secure even at night.

place is very accessible. Value for money. when we arrived, the room was not yet ready but thanks to the reception who expedite the service for us to check in. great!

room has enough space. cozy and comfortable. check in was smooth and fast. Wi-Fi is working properly as well as the TV. great for short stay.

staff was so helpful in assisting us with our bags. the location is very convenient. Though it was located along the street, we were able to get a good sleep.

Shower head does not work, it is difficult to take a bath. Shower valve is defective ,it won’t hold a shower position on on its shower head function.
Hot shower does not work.

No warm blankets provided ,we had to endure super cold AC with no temperature control.

I like the simplest and cleanliness of the room and the ambiance is good also.

Not the best place we have stayed, but it's absolutely alright. It's close to the harbour and for the price it's absolutely okay to spend a night there. Just don't expect too much.
A lot of reparations needed and the rooms are quite humid.

usually sa OYO kami talaga nagbubook and we were so glad to see na meron din pala silang branch dito sa tagbilaran. Without thinking twice, dito na kami kagad nagbook. we know kasi na magiging ok ang stay namin ng family ko, and we were not wrong. super happy

They upgraded my room for free so I got a bigger room with bigger bed. The room was nice, with functional air conditioning and nice bathroom with hot water. Location is great, a walking distance to the port. The staff is friendly and usually present in the reception. Good wifi.
The air conditioning is pretty loud. The tap in the bathroom didn't work.

bed only has thin cover sheets. it would be good if theres a comforter or linen that is warm. theres no tissue in bathroom
