- the location was excellent - swimming pool nice and warm with a view of an amazing courtyard garden - room was clean and comfortable - the breakfast is delicious

- the room was a bit chilly in the evening but there lots of blankets… this is not a hot region in Mexico which was nice

The hotel by itself is very nice. The room are confortable and clean. The swimming pool area is great and the personal at the reception and restaurant are nice - If we did not have a bad experience below I would gave a 9

Back in our room we discover that someone open our bags and stole us a small amount of money which were hidden deep in a close bag. Also some of our credit cards inside our close bags were moved in a different place in the room !! that was a very traumatic experience for us. The owner seamed to treat this robbery very seriously at the beginning and told us that they will send us the money (25 eur) by transfer but since the moment we left the hotel they are looking for excuses every day to not do it ( process, accountant not here , will be tomorow..etc) I do not recommend this hotel !

very well-located Hotel with a beautiful courtyard and pool area. the hotel staff is friendly and the breakfast on site is quite good. rooms are kept clean. we stayed in the suite and it was a pretty large room with a confy kingsize bed and everything else you need (tv, safe, fridge, bottled water, etc).

the rooms are freezing cold. the floor is stone and ice cold when you get out of the bed. there is no heaters or whatsoever in the room. but under the blanket it was warm enough and they offer extra blankets if needed. the water pressure in the shower is very low though, but hot at least.

Central location, very clean, helpful staff, heated swimming pool with pool towels included. Very comfortable beds. Really nothing to complain. Best stay in Mexico so far.

The pool was HEATED! My room was quiet and the bed was so comfortable! The staff were top notch!

It was quite cold in my room. Most places in San Cristobal are like that though. The food in the restaurant was mediocre although it was a lovely atmosphere

The hotel is in a beautiful colonial style building with a pretty courtyard garden and a small heated pool which we enjoyed. The weather was cold during our stay but there was a heater in our room and a throw for the bed.

The hotel is beautiful, staff very helpful and the heated pool was a big plus. Easy walking distance to the bus terminal / anywhere else in san Cristobal.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Pool is warm and the hotel is walking distance to everything in town, we'll definitely stay here again.

The beds were harder than we like, but I notice that's a trend in Mexico. The water pressure was ok, my niece mentioned the hot water was going in and out for her (she was on the second floor) we did not have that issue (first floor).

everything, specially swimming pool. we come on end of December, evening was chill and swimming pool was hot, so nice, we really loved. and accommodation was like pictures, really lovely atmosphere of Christmas

unfortunately just one boy can speak English, thanks God for Google translate. I ask early in the morning for hot water, but they can’t give to me 😭

very comfortable, very friendly staff, the garden is so beautiful!! shower with hot water. every day they cleaned our room and gave us new towels. staff kept our luggage all day when we had to check out but our flight was late in the evening

The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. the towels are hard and scratchy.

we asked if they could hold our suitcases because our flight was changed till 9:00pm. they said yes that there would not be a charge but then they charged us before leaving just to keep the luggage there🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

very cozy hotel with a beautiful garden and very friendly ppl. the room was clean and it was cleaned every day. great location, good Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. we enjoyed our stay a lot.

nestled near san Cristobal square easy to get around .. very pretty place and heated outdoor pool. kindly arranged taxis to and from airport for us and tours available
