Perfect set-up close to the beach and nearby amenities but still with privacy. the house itself was ideal in terms of living space for our family and space for when we had visitors.

The property is very close to the local restaurant which has late opening so can be heard on the odd occasion.

Great villa with plenty of room, inside and out. Wonderful kitchen. Perfect location close to supermarket, beach and St. Martin.

Right on the beach with a fantastic restaurant, La Cible, as a neighbour. The jacuzzi has room for four adults, the kitchen is well equipped and the supermarché is a short bike ride away. Our host, Elisabeth, made sure the house was spotless, and even drove me to my new location when I failed to get a taxi. Excellent service!

I love this house, and am returning year after year, but if I have to be very critical I would have wanted a lounge sofa. The back garden was not as maintained as before and the patio chairs are starting to look a little worn-out.

- Garden furnishings were dirty - General outdoors was dirty (walls, roller blinds, wooden decking, outside kitchen sink area) - at the price charged, you expect a higher quality

The location are very good

The bed mattress not really comfortable and no amenity. No foam on bathroom no powder for washing machine ... it’s pity to be oblige to immediately go to the supermarket to buy to permit to use the bathroom!
