The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has tremendous potential to become one of the finest luxury properties in the region. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, with beautiful bathrooms, well-designed wardrobes, and breathtaking Alpine views. The spa is outstanding and undoubtedly one of the hotel's greatest assets. The facilities are beautifully designed, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The quality of the breakfast products, the in-room coffee, and the food and beverage offering overall was excellent. A very special mention goes to Kamel, the concierge, whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality made our stay memorable. He truly embodies the spirit of luxury hospitality and is a real asset to the hotel.

As this was the hotel's opening period, some operational issues were understandable, but several aspects of the service fell below the standards expected from a luxury hotel. Check-in felt impersonal and transactional, with no attempt to personalize the welcome or explain the hotel's services. Our room was 27°C upon arrival, and we later discovered the air conditioning was not working. While one receptionist handled the situation defensively, another was exceptionally professional and found a practical solution by providing a fan. Breakfast service was disappointing. The team appeared overwhelmed: we waited several minutes before being greeted, our table was never properly set, buffet stations were untidy and frequently empty, and even the juice station required us to ask before fresh juice was prepared. Other details also affected the experience: the Wi-Fi password was not available in the room, parking signage was confusing when returning late at night, and for a hotel charging for parking, the absence of valet service after a certain hour was disappointing. Finally, while the spa is exceptional, the gym would benefit from additional equipment such as dumbbells and resistance bands, which are expected in a luxury hotel.
