They have a beautiful terrace
Bathrooms were clean
they asked us for 20 dirhams for laundry, even though it was listed as included on booking.
Also they don't have a bar, despite it being mentioned.

A beautiful old building in the lovely Medina.Wifi and shower were good .
It was very noisy as the window overlooked the Medina

The hosts are very kind and helpful especially to European tourists who are not used to these labyrinth-like old town districts. ;)
They even parked my motorcycle in the entrance hallway in one of their houses nearby for it to be safe overnight.
The Riad itself with its lovely architecture and the roof terrace is very charming and beautiful and a must-do for everyone who hasn't slept in one yet!
The room was clean and had a private bathroom with hot water for showering.
The breakfast was very tasty and eating breakfast on the roof terrace was a unique experience.
The shower had no curtain, so you should shower carefully to avoid flooding the bathroom. But that's not a big deal.

The staff was super friendly and eager to advise and answer all the questions about the city, they created a great atmosphere in the hotel. The location is amazing, right in the center of Medina, though at the beginning the hotel is a bit tricky to find. The breakfast on the roof tarace was a perfect was to start a day :)
Well, the "tea without sugar" is apparently the phrase that doesn't exist there, cause almost every time I asked for it I got it with tons of sugar anyways :D

This Riad is perfectly located in the Medina.
It has decorsted beautifully by the owner.
Lovely colours and art work adorn the walls.
The owners cooked us a gorgeous dinner at a good price.
Mohammed organised a good taxi to the blue city
nearby.
The Riad is also very good value for money.

Wifi didn’t work, in room at night was like +5degrees, AC didn’t work

The host and his wife are amazing. They were really welcoming. The first night we had a home-made dinner with them and it was really tasty.
The riad and the room are nice, we felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast is ok with fried eggs and it's served on a wonderful terrace, which I really really liked.
It's not a luxury stay, but it's fair and you get a bit more for the price you pay. And they do have a hairdryer!!!
I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here once more.
And so do the other guests of the riad)
It's not about dislikes, just to know:
The room has no keys (which didn't affect our stay)
We managed to use only one socket - the rest are too wide for the plug
There's only small portion of champoo and a soap, no shower gel
The bed is a bit noisy for a couple;)

We really enjoyed our stay, the room is spacious and so clean. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The riad is in the heart of Tetouan near the royal palace. Also, the breakfast on the rooftop is awesome!

The most I liked about the accommodation is the 1001 night feeling you get. it is if I was living in a dream which I hoped never would have ended.

i liked how accomodating the host was.
I didn't like the fact that there were a lot of people from outside the hostel on the terrace. I felt uncomfortable with the music that was playing in the rooftop and kind of didn't feel so safe with all the "strangers". I didn't get to use the terrace that evening because of that.

Very welcoming family and very helpful where we felt at home. Food was excellent and we learned a lot about history of Tetouan. Being in a sixteenth century house was also quite an experience that we won't forget.

pretty, clearly, friendly and wonderful stuff. The owner and his wife and all the staff are incredibly welcoming.
My only problem was that I kept getting lost in the Medina, but that’s because my orientation isn’t good!

The staff was amazing. Super nice and kind! Location was very interesting: in the middle of the medina. You can always call them and they pick you up and walk with you to the riad (that was very nice). Breakfast in the terrace with the nice view was great. The common area downstairs is beautiful.

We liked the fact of being inside the Medina, living a great Moroccan experience, in a 15th-century Riad, with a very nice breakfast, and very kind people at our service. The rooms are big, with a nice bathroom, big and clean.

Good value hotel and very friendly staff. The room was large and although not too fancy it was very comfortable. The location was excellent for us, in the heart of the Medina and close to everything. Mohamed and his family are amazing people and took care very well of us and making us feel at home! Very young enviroment! شكرا

The location of the Riad is right in the heart of the medina and everyone around is more than helpful when it comes to finding it! The view is so gorgeous and the staff is chill and interesting to talk to! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed but nice environment! The tea was also excellent :) 10/10
Note: Definitely not wheelchair accessible or other physical disability-accessible though, so keep it in mind! There are a lot of stairs!
Nothing! Maybe just the loudness at night but that’s how it is in the medina, it’s part of the experience!

It’s a typical riad so I could’ve enjoyed the heritage. The place is youth oriented and it’s more like a hostel atmosphere-wise. A great rooftop where the youngsters can have some fun.
Bit too noisy in the night.
