The hosts George and Maria are extremely friendly and always try to help their guests and they really deliver best service. Breakfast is Standard and definitely enough. The 3 pools are really nice and the size is perfect. Also the pool area is really good, as you always find some shade. The rooms are clean and big, we slept very well. Restaurants are within walking distance, also the sea for swimming. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot!!!!

Lovely family run guesthouse. Amazing breakfast served with the warmest of good morning smiles. Beautiful view and pool. the room was no frills but was a great value.

could use some hooks or shelves in the bathroom. we had the quad room which was described as two doubles with a shared bathroom between them. the bathroom is not IN between the rooms but is shared between the rooms. It is in one of the doubles so you have to walk through it. not a big problem but not what I was expecting from the description.

A wonderful, cozy hotel situated not far from the sea (5 minutes)! Incredibly atmospheric! The owners are very friendly! In the morning, a delicious breakfast is served (there is always muesli, yogurt, fruits, ham, cheese, milk, scrambled eggs or an omelette). During breakfast you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea bay and the ancient fortress.

Very Nice owner and staff. Room was clean, but the beds were to hard/stiff for us. Breakfast good. One pool of three was open. Near centre of town and Xlendi beach. Fridge in the hallway to share with other guests. Defenitely rekommend for future guests that wants a priceable Nice guesthouse.

Unfortunately there was a big palmtree just outside our balcony, so clothes and towels didnt dry for days when we hung them out.

The location is beautiful near to the town but in a quieter area. The views from our room overlooking the swimming pool and out to sea were lovely as were the surrounding gardens and pool area . The family make you feel very welcome. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a good choice for self service and cooked eggs with the hot drinks served to order at the table.

There was only one pillow for each bed and no other cushions in the room. No soap dish in the shower makes it difficult for the more infirm and there was no grab rail either. The television only seemed to have BBC news in English and all other stations were with German subtitles. We did ask how to change it but there was no guide so we didn’t watch TV( probably a good thing on holiday!). There was also no information pack in the room only a few numbers stuck to the wall on a printed sheet in the lounge area. Evidently there is a microwave and fridge in different areas if the guesthouse which guests may use but we only found this out by coming across them and had no info given about this. There were only two small glasses in the bathroom and nowhere to put a toothbrush as we used them for water as there were no others in the bedroom The pool looked lovely but the weather wasn’t great and as the pool wasn’t heated we didn’t use it. The Jacussi next to the pool had a couple of inches of stagnant water in it. An ideal place for mosquitoes to breed. I mentioned this to the proprietor and it was immediately cleaned and scrubbed. Overall the place was very clean otherwise so I think it was early in the season. We had a sleepless night the first nightbecause of mosquitoes in the room and both of us were bitten overnight. Because we slept in the next morning past 9.30 am we missed the breakfast.After our room was sprayed we had no further problem with mosquitoes.

We came before start of the season and there were few people in the hotel, so we got an upgrade of one of our rooms free of charge. The owners were very nice.
