Просторный номер с хорошей мебелью. Ванная комната в отличном состоянии, все рабочее, все что полагается для 5 звезд присутствует. Румсервис быстр и работает исправно. Большой бассейн во внутренней зоне спа, отдельная бальшая ванна с гидромассажем, сама зона спа, комфортная, везде полотенца, все аккуратно, за всем следят. В зону спа к бассейну можно все заказывать с ресторана.
Из минусов только, что реально это был совсем не сезон и большая часть всего что может работать не работало. надо было заранее договариваться, чтобы включали бани к твоему приходу или уже когда ты приходил запускали. Завтраки были достаточно средние, реально как в межсезонье. Не разобрался как работает телевизор, а "мастер" так и не пришел, но это мелочи.

Everything was great, but things could be greater if all staff speak English. As English is barely spoken, I found some difficulty in the communication.

the building look spectacular until you go inside the room.. Place is empty on non peak season.
Hotel is designed very old style, I felt very old while i stayed in the room. Staff needs to learn english more for international travelers.

Everything was ok until the time of check out. I was asked to pay for drinks in the mini bar which I have never seen or drunk. It was unbelievable that 5 star hotel or the staff would try cheating you😡😡😡😡

Design
We arrived to hotel and we go to reception for check in. Then we go to our room and we found other people inside. Then the staff apologized to us and after 30 minutes they prepare for us another room. The wifi signal was very poor in the room

view from our room was great - on Mount Ararat, room was big and comfortable, nice areal
Breakfast - they asked what time we want breakfast (09:00), so we came after 09:15hod. and there was nothing prepared , ligths turned off.. sorry, but for 5*hotel???!!! also their aprroach was terrible nothing said, nothing asked, waiting 30min. and we had to tell them that we would like also coffee or something to drink. Staff could tell us that because of less guests it will be ala carte menu - but it wasn´t they just bring us something... what if I had some allergy? we were really disappointed!

Amazing hotel with splendid food and facilities. Even the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. In room dining is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel very much, except nothing in a walking distance to visit from hotel but accessible by car in 10-15mins.

The first place and attraction of our visit to Armenia. Must to visit Awesome hotel. The staff are very attentive and kind. The impression that we got into kind magical family. Pool, spa, bar is worthy of attention and visit. The first place to visit 100%
