Benvenuti a Shearwater. La tua casa in riva al mare. Shearwater ha spazio per 16, in modo da portare i bambini e nipoti. Il livello principale comprende la cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno con divano letto e master suite con vasca idromassaggio. Armadi Hickory, pavimenti in legno di mirto e finiture, pavimenti in cotto e tappeti berberi in tutta la casa. This was the second Memorial Day that we spent at this house. We love the layout, with bedrooms on three different floors we had the space to spread out. The dining area has 1 massive table which we separated into two, one for eating and one for game playing.With all the balconies, it's easy to sit outside and listen to the ocean for hours.This section of the beach is not crowded at all. I was able to fly my kite and not worry about crashing into anyone.The location of the house was great too. Chester's market is right there on the highway in case you forgot anything. Depot Bay is just 7 minutes down the road and Lincoln City is just 12 up the road.We have enjoyed this house twice and we'll definitely be back.

Fabulous home for a large family with plenty of space for all interests. Beach access and views that are worth every penny. Pool table was appreciated, multiple decks to enjoy the views. Clean, crisp linens and well stocked kitchen. Home is well loved, but owner is kind, responsive and willing to assist.

I have hesitated to write this review because the owner seemed like a nice guy and I didn’t want to get him any trouble with VRBO. However, when I thought about somebody else, renting the property without the knowledge that I have Felt I needed to let people know before they rent
We got to the property about 5:30 PM an hour and a half past check in time and the owner was still there finishing cleaning up. He showed us how to open the front door because it was very sticky and hard to do. Thankfully, one member of our group was able to figure it out, and they were in charge of opening the door for the rest of the weekend. I knew this was a bit older from the pictures online and that was fine. We were expecting that. On first impression, the place looked clean floors were swept. Kitchen was clean beds were made, etc. However, when I went into the master bathroom, which has a Jacuzzi tub. The first thing I noticed was black mold on the ceiling . I looked into the tub and all of the jets are full of black mold. I started looking around the rest of the house and noticed that while surfaces were dusted, etc. things like decorations hanging on the wall, anything high up, The artificial plants, they were all covered in thick layers of dust. All of the vents in the bathroom were clogged with dust. We tried to use the hot tub one evening, but there is no light outside near the hot tub so you cannot see what you’re doing. I have pictures of all of these things
