Vico Rooms and Terrace

Posizione eccellente con metro a 2 passi e struttura veramente nuova ed in ottimo stato. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Forse il prezzo un pò troppo elevato e check-in alle 14 tardino.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The metro and bus stops are conveniently located right next to each other, while the Spanish Steps are just a few minutes’ walk away. We arrived quite late, but the communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The check-in process was a little challenging at first, but the instructions were clear, and once we picked up the key from the room, everything went smoothly. The elevator was also fully functional, which was a nice convenience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the great location and the spacious room.

The only thing we were not completely satisfied with was the bathroom drainage. On one of the days, the drain became clogged, which caused the bathroom to flood slightly. We would also recommend installing mosquito screens on the windows. On our last evening, a bat managed to get into the room, which was definitely an unexpected little adventure! :)

The room was very nice, spacious and modern. The staff were also very very helpful with any issues and friendly. Bathroom was a good size and location also very good. Felt safe and secure. Loads of nice restaurants/cafes in the area. Nice communal area & terrace.

We overall enjoyed our stay but the few things we would change; trying to enter the property the first time is a bit of a struggle as the e-key wasn’t working for us but when we phoned the help number they let us in promptly. The a/c in our room was working to a degree but didn’t feel as cold as we hoped. Also the fact that the double beds was 2 beds pushed together so caused a gap in between.

Location was good

The room size was good
