Everything about Santa Maria was perfect particularly the staff. All of the staff went above and beyond and it made the stay very easy, comfortable and even fun. The location is great. In the heart of the historic part of Monopoli and the apartments have everything you could possibly need. The breakfast is fantastic and even the restaurant at night is beautiful and very good. Highly recommend staying here.

I found there were a lot of added costs involved in staying at this property which I think were unnecessary and unfair. After our flight was delayed, instead of arriving at the original time of 7pm we ended up arriving at 1am which was not fun for us and we got hit with a 100 euro late check in fee despite all of the staff being there anyway. We also didn't realise if you park in the garage which is 15 mins away, you have to pay to be picked up and taken to the hotel each time, I thought that was included in the 30 euro per day parking fee. so I was not expecting to pay so many extras. all of the services were great but this put a dampener on it.

It was perfect for us! Room, facilities , location and breakfast!

Nothing we could comment on!

The prefect, location, accommodation and the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was exceptional.

Santa Maria 24 was a fantastic experience from the moment we were pick up with Rocco in their little blue car from Monopoli train station to our spacious room, breakfast each morning and romantic dinner was wonderful and their staff are exceptional with personal help from storage of bags and organising trusted Taxi services.

Nothing 🤗 we throughly enjoyed our stay and would loved to have stayed longer.
