The property is secluded away from the main road. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The property felt super relaxing. The common areas included a big living and dining area as well as the pool and fitness room. This is a small and charming B&B and the hosts will do anything to make you feel welcome. I heard them speak French, English and German! Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are replaced daily as well.
We loved the breakfast by the pool. Also it’s worth noting that Saint Paul de Vence is a short 15 mins stroll from the accommodation. As opposed to other reviews, the walk there is safe and we had no concerns as there is a separate path away from the main road.
We absolutely loved it there will hopefully be back in future.

Beautifully appointed property with wonderful hosts, a fabulous heated pool, spotlessly clean , very generous delicious breakfast but most importantly gracious, generous , friendly and helpful hosts.
Absolutely nothing, we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything. Super cool place. Everything was first class. A beautiful place. Lovely breakfast.
Wonderful marble floors mean no soundproofing so every little sound carries through the house. Worth it for the beautiful floors though.

Everything is just perfect in this guesthouse, within a walking distance to St Paul de Vance (10 mins). The quietness, cleanness, delicious breakfast by the awesome swimming pool... and the charm of the house, its few lovely rooms & living area.
I am giving this property the 10 that it deserves, so no, I don´t have any complains but the desire to go back again and again. Trust me on this one!

This is such a well appointed property, with high quality finishes. Our booking included lovely breakfasts set out in the peaceful garden, around the heated pool! We also had a first floor south facing balcony, with a view over green space.

We’ve stayed at Etoile three times and have enjoyed our stay so much every time. The property is in a fab location approx 15 mins from Nice and 30 mins from Cannes. The owners David and Jeanette are wonderful, excellent hosts. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable and we always looked forward to breakfast which consisted of huge fresh croissants, cheese and baguettes, fruit, yoghurt and cereal.
The only one thing is it would be great if there could be a full length mirror in the rooms!

The place! Breakfast was amaizing, with some home made items. The host are very nice and one can tell that they are very much involved and there to help and make you feel at home.

the location near the village of St Paul-de-Vence is wonderful.
Walls really are paper thin; I thought people were being too sensitive but you can hear coughing, snoring and quiet talking.

Perfect. That’s literally all you have to say about the Etoile de Saint Paul. Location is perfect (walking distance from S.Paul’s center, but still in the countryside), facilities are modern yet with a classy rustic touch and David and his family are the nicest people you will meet during your French stay.
Worth noting a great breakfast and an extremely well curated garden, where you can really relax.
What makes this place special is ultimately the owners smile and professional service.

Amazing Vila/room. Clean, spacious and quiet. They also serve an amazing continental breakfast. Nice hosts! They’re there when you need them but are in the background the rest of the time. Highly recommend this B&B. Actually, the term B&B is an understatement and doesn’t do justice to our experience.
